G'day Group is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join Discovery Kings Canyon, working in one of Australia's iconic destinations. You'll own your section, contribute to menu development, and help mentor junior team members while delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests from around the world.
You will work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef in a remote Kings Canyon kitchen, ensuring top quality, safety and consistency across service periods.
