Gauvin Group is looking for a talented Financial Controller to lead our Group Finance function, supporting two distinctive businesses in the professional haircare industry – Haircare Group and evo Hair.
Reporting directly to our CFO, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of financial operations across the Group, work closely with senior business leaders and help shape the future of our Finance function.

Who are we looking for?
An experienced Financial Controller or senior finance leader who brings strong technical expertise, commercial acumen and a collaborative leadership style.
You'll be CA or CPA qualified, experienced in leading finance teams and comfortable operating in a dynamic, multi-entity business environment.
Experience in FMCG, wholesale distribution, consumer products or manufacturing will be highly regarded, along with ERP and finance transformation experience.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is passionate about people, enjoys improving the way businesses operate and wants to make a meaningful contribution.
