This role provides vital support to the business by delivering key projects related to Gateway’s banking and ancillary systems. This role also requires interacting with 3rd parties, ensuring the access availability to our Core Systems.
About the Role
Working within our Business Technology Services team, and reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Systems some of your responsibilities would include:
- Translating all business requirements into detailed functional/technical requirements.
- Creation and maintenance of Change Request/UAT related documentation.
- Creating business cases to assist with the implementation of new or improved systems, business processes and new supplier arrangements.
- Consulting with relevant stakeholders to assist with the implementation of projects.
About You
To be successful in this role, your experience and qualifications would be as follows:
- Experience managing key business processes and relationships, both internal and external.
- Degree qualification and a minimum 2 years of experience within the Financial Services Industry.
- 2 plus years of experience in User Acceptance Test planning, implementation, and documentation.
- Must have knowledge of APIs, Webservices integration.
- Must have a good understanding of ETL processing and/or prior experience in ETL projects.
- Competent with agile methodology and scrum technique.
- Sprint and backlog management using Jira, ServiceNow.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design.
- Knowledge and/or experience with Agentic AI or LLM systems would be beneficial.
