As Group Service Manager, you'll be responsible for the full-service operation across 7 premium and emerging brands — driving performance, developing your team and delivering an outstanding customer experience every single day.
The brands include Ford, Kia, Mitsubishi, Deepal, Foton, GMSV and Renault.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop your service team to hit and exceed targets
- Drive workshop efficiency, productivity and profitability
- Own the customer experience from first contact to vehicle collection
- Manage department financials, labour rates and cost controls
- Work closely with the Managers and senior leadership team
- Build a culture where performance is expected and excellence is celebrated
