About the Role
Due to ongoing growth and increased demand for our services, we now have exciting opportunities for a Catering Team Leader / Catering Assistant in our Make & Pack, division, working across the production team, putting together bespoke meals for passengers based at Brisbane Airport. In this role, you'll be an essential part of our operation — supervising, preparing, assembling, and packing high-quality meals and catering trolleys for airline customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading & supporting production team members
- Portioning, assembling, and packaging meals to specific airline requirements
- Measuring and preparing food items accurately and efficiently
- Packing catering equipment and trolleys for in-flight services
- Ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Assisting with general kitchen and production duties as required
About You:
- Previous experience as a Team Leader
- Experience in food preparation, production, or a similar environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow set procedures
- Knowledge of food safety and workplace health & safety practices
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster (38 hours per week)includingweekends and public holidays, on aweekly rotation between AM and PM shifts
