WANTED: Casual cleaner for strata complexes. We specialise in strata cleaning, along with lawn, garden and landscaping services for residential properties and acreage. As a small family-run business, we pride ourselves on exceptional quality, reliable service and genuinely looking after our customers and their properties.
If you have attention to detail, an ability to work independently and are physically fit come join our team.
What you’ll do:
- Clean and present common areas to a high standard – lobby, lifts, corridors, stairwells etc.
- Maintain the internal and external areas of the buildings. This includes vacuuming stairwells, mopping tiles, cleaning entrance glass and windows and blowing paths etc.
- Manage the building’s bins – put them out for collection, bring them back in, and keep bin rooms and bins clean and odour-free.
- Carry out periodic tasks as scheduled (e.g. detailed cleans).
- Report maintenance issues and complete simple checklists.
About you:
- Previous cleaning experience in residential strata preferred.
- High attention to detail and genuine pride in presentation.
- Reliable, punctual, physically fit and able to work independently.
- Well-presented and comfortable interacting with residents and building management.
- Must have a Manual driver’s license and own transport.
- Current Driving record Check (or willing to obtain one).
