- Cost & Financial Control: Oversee progress claims, order entries, variation reviews, payment certificates, and budget forecasting.
- Program & Schedule Support: Track subcontractor deliverables, manage EOTs and notices, and ensure key milestone dates are met.
- Quality & Administration: Manage RFIs, shop drawings, and Head Contract variations while ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and QBCC guidelines.
- WHS & Compliance: Verify subcontractor SWMS, MSDS, licenses, and insurance prior to site commencement.

- Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Site Credentials: Valid Driver’s Licence and Construction Induction White Card.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Procore (or similar construction management software) and standard financial/procurement registers is highly advantageous.
- Team Player: A team-first attitude, high attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and a genuine desire to learn Gardner Vaughan systems.
