You will lead and motivate a top-performing new car sales team at Australia's No.1-selling retail Isuzu dealer , deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive inventory strategy, pricing, and promotional activity for Isuzu models.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a top-performing new car sales team to smash targets
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences from enquiry to delivery
- Drive inventory strategy, pricing, and promotional activity for Isuzu models
- Build strong relationships with OEM partners and crossover with Aftersales
- Analyse sales data, forecast demand and optimise showroom performance
