ESP Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced machine operators. Immediate start available with long-term opportunities. Mechanical aptitude and experience operating machinery is highly regarded. This position is an ongoing role and candidates need to be available Monday to Friday, Shift 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM.
Essential skills/experience includes, however is not limited to:
- Experience and/or ability to set and operate machinery and ensure production runs accordingly (Training will be offered).
- Operate relevant processing/packaging equipment and follow processes to required safety & quality standards.
- Machinery experience/machine operation of various natures.
- Strong focus on safety and a clear understanding of OHS, GMP & HACCP.
- Solid work history with machine operation experience.
- Physically fit and willing to undertake physical work with the ability to work on fast-paced production lines – packing product into boxes.
- Replenishing stock, filling machinery, loading and labelling general production work.
- Achieve production output and line speed targets within set timeframes.
Candidate requirements:
- Current Driver's License.
- Own reliable transport.
- PPE – Safety Boots, Hi Vis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to undertake physical work.
- Available to start immediately.
- Experience working in a similar role is essential.
