Experienced Cold-room Installer/ Manufacturing
Join our team as an Installer where you will play a vital role in our installation projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the installation field.
Experience with cold-room or coldstore installation, including panel assembly, door fitting, and structural finishing.
Basic knowledge of refrigeration systems and temperature-controlled environments, with the ability to follow technical drawings and installation manuals as working in the work shop will be required as well as working on site.
Competence in using hand tools and power tools safely, with good practical skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of health and safety practices, including working at height, manual handling, and site safety requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach on-site.
Relevant trade experience in construction, refrigeration, or a similar field.
Valid driving license and right to work in the United Kingdom.
Duties:
- Installing various products at customer sites and willingness to travel to various customer locations and adapt to changing site conditions and project requirements.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient project completion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach on-site.
- Following safety protocols and guidelines during installations
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the installation process
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
Experience:
- Prior experience in installation or a related field is a must
- Ability to read and interpret installation instructions and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
