We’re after an SEO Executive / Specialist with a couple of solid years under their belt, ready to get properly stuck into the full SEO world and build some serious range across both Content + Technical SEO.
You’ll sit inside Alpha’s DX team, getting properly hands-on across the full SEO world and learning how all the bits fit together. Content. Technical. On-page. Performance. GEO + AI Search. The wider DX piece around it all.
Your world will look a lil’ like:
- Getting stuck into on-page SEO across some pretty standout brands
- Keyword research, search intent and spotting content opportunities
- Building content briefs that balance Search, customer needs and brand voice
- Optimising product pages, category pages and wider site experiences
- Technical SEO across crawlability, indexation, schema, metadata, internal linking and site structure
- Supporting audits, site health reviews and technical recommendations
- Tracking organic performance and turning the numbers into useful insights
- Working across Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Search Console + all the usual SEO suspects
- Getting closer to AI Search, GEO and where Search is heading next
- Learning alongside a very clever SEO + DX crew and taking on more ownership as you grow
You’ll probably tick a fair few of these:
- Around 2-3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Solid foundations across Content, on-page + Technical SEO
- Comfy with keyword research, search intent, optimisation and content briefs
- A good handle on crawlability, indexing, site structure, internal linking, metadata and schema
- Happy getting into the technical weeds when you need to
- Confident with tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and Google Search Console
- Able to pull useful insights from the data, not just report on it
- Agency experience? Lovely. Definitely not a dealbreaker
- eCom / retail experience? Nice little bonus
- Curious about AI, GEO and the evolution of Search
Most importantly? You’re ready to step things up. You want to stay close to the doing, but understand more of the thinking behind it. Build stronger technical chops. Get better across content. Get closer to the wider DX world. Work on bigger brands. Have more of a say.
