We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our expanding team based in Alexandria.
The Role
As a Service Coordinator, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation at our Alexandria Head Office. You will be the right hand to our Administration Manager and learn and assist with scheduling field technicians and subcontractors, identify and elevate any defects or problems found on jobs, communicating with clients, invoicing, handle customer phone and email queries, and general administration duties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multitask
- Professional and confident phone manner
- High attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge required
Training and support provided to the successful candidate.
Located in Alexandria, we are a short 10-minute walk to The Grounds, and close proximity to public transport. Onsite parking is also available.
