An exciting opportunity for a hands-on and experienced Recruitment Specialist to take ownership of high-volume blue-collar recruitment within a fast-paced workforce.
You’ll partner with leaders to drive end-to-end recruitment across production, warehouse, technical machinery operations, building proactive talent pipelines and ongoing talent strategies and support the transition of blue-collar recruitment in-house.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, proactive sourcing, candidate screening and offer management.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines, leveraging various sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates and meet current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements, provide recruitment advice and deliver an efficient, positive candidate experience.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- A strong track record in talent pipelining and proactive sourcing.
- The ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to recruitment.
This role is a hybird role (3 days on-site and 2 days work from home) based in Minto.
For the first few weeks, this role will be based mostly on-site, following onboarding the role will transition to a hybrid role. Please only apply if you are able to be on-site in Minto 3 days per week.
