Future Group is seeking a Superannuation Operations Specialist to join our remote Australia team.
You will support the Trustee with fiduciary, regulatory and operational oversight across superannuation administration, claims, complaints and member outcomes, while ensuring governance and service-provider oversight.
In this permanent, full-time role you'll triage incidents, review claims, oversee provider performance and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and disclosures.
