Future Generation Joint Venture (FGJV) invites experienced HR and IR Advisors to join Snowy 2.0, Australia’s iconic renewable project. Based in Cooma with regular site travel, you’ll support leaders, employees, subcontractors, and unions across HR and industrial relations matters in a demanding alpine setting.
You will provide guidance on awards and legislation, manage investigations and dispute resolution, engage with unions, coordinate subcontractor compliance, and contribute to training.
