As a Senior Safety Consultant, you will partner with organisations operating in complex, high-risk industries to strengthen leadership capability and cultural alignment. This is not a compliance-only role. You will work at the intersection of governance, behaviour, and operational reality — helping leaders make clearer, more consistent decisions under pressure. You will lead engagements that shape how safety is interpreted, enacted, and sustained in everyday work.
What you’ll be doing:
