As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in the Sydney, NSW area. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. - Coordinate and supervise the work of trades onsite, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor and report on progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Provide on-site training and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Prepare daily reports, timesheets, and other documentation as required.
