I'm representing a leading custom joinery manufacturer that delivers high-end residential, commercial and hospitality fit-outs across Sydney. Due to continued growth, they're looking for a skilled Cabinet Maker to join their workshop team and help produce exceptional bespoke joinery.
The Role Working within a well-equipped factory, you'll be responsible for manufacturing and assembling high-quality architectural joinery, including:
- Custom cabinetry and bespoke furniture
- Commercial and some residential joinery
- Veneer and laminate applications
- Curved and detailed joinery
- CNC-produced components and assembly
- Quality control and workshop finishing
- Occasional on-site installation work

About You To be successful, you'll have:
- Certificate III in Cabinet Making or equivalent trade qualification
- 5+ years' experience as a Cabinet Maker, Joiner, Shopfitter or Wood Machinist
- Experience manufacturing high-end architectural joinery or custom cabinetry
- Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings and technical plans
- Experience using power tools, edge banders, panel saws and CNC-produced components
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship
