We are working with a highly regarded specialist healthcare organisation that has built a genuinely supportive culture where people are valued, supported and encouraged to stay and grow. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established cardiology organisation with multiple clinic locations across Sydney. You'll be joining an experienced and collaborative team where the focus isn't simply on getting the job done — it's on creating a great environment for staff, specialists and patients. The organisation has a strong focus on retention, culture and long-term relationships, and you'll be joining a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and supporting the administration/reception team across multiple clinics
  • Spending approximately 30% of your time assisting with reception and medical secretary duties
  • Managing the remaining 70% across team leadership, rostering, operations and general Practice Manager responsibilities
  • Supporting and developing staff and maintaining a positive team environment
  • Working closely with cardiologists, specialists and the wider medical team
  • Managing rosters, leave, timesheets and staffing requirements
  • Ensuring the clinics are organised and running efficiently day to day
  • Monitoring billing, administration and operational processes
  • Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes
  • Supporting staff training and development
  • Managing suppliers and general clinic requirements
  • Dealing with issues as they arise and finding practical solutions
  • Ensuring a high level of patient service and experience

About You

We are looking for someone who is extremely organised, practical and genuinely enjoys working with people. • A confident and supportive people leader
  • Comfortable managing multiple locations and competing priorities
  • Hands‑on and happy to jump on reception when required
  • Warm, approachable and professional with patients and staff
  • An excellent communicator who builds relationships easily
  • Calm and solutions‑focused in a busy environment
  • Someone who takes pride in creating a positive team culture
  • Experienced in medical administration and practice management
  • Ideally experienced within cardiology or another specialist medical environment

Why You’ll Love It
