Fuse Recruitment is seeking a Production Supervisor for night shift at the Warwick site (Morgan Park).
This hands-on leadership role oversees production teams including Juice Mixers, Pasteurisers and Line Operators to meet daily targets, uphold safety and quality, and minimise downtime.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will monitor line performance, drive continuous improvement, coach staff, ensure WHS and HACCP compliance, and maintain accurate production records.
