Key responsibilities
- Manage line productivity and ensure all products meet quality standards.
- Oversee line changeovers, organise packaging, and ensure process documentation is accurate and complete.
- Communicate effectively with operators, setters, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and ***escalate*** when necessary.
- Support health and safety practices and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in materials handling, clean-up, and maintaining overall site standards.
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience leading teams in food/ pharma manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience working on a packing line
- Hands-on approach with a strong understanding of GMP, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Strong experience with SAP
- Ability to manage multiple lines, prioritise tasks, and respond quickly to operational issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Flexibility to work the night shift 11pm to 7.15am.
- Willingness to undertake shift-specific safety and operational training.
