Now, we’re on the lookout for a Casual Shift Manager to join the team at Archie Brothers, Strike Bowling in Entertainment Quarter, Sydney - people who are passionate about service, driven by fun, and ready to create unforgettable experiences.

What you'll do:
- Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
- Manage excellent shifts keeping your team motivated and our guests having the time of their lives
- Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
- Understand daily goals and challenges, working with the Venue Manager to succeed
- Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
- Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
- Anticipate our guests’ needs
What you've got:
- Uniqueness and a passion for fun
- Experience running/managing/supervising a PUMPING entertainment/hospitality venue
- Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
- Customer service, hospitality or retail supervisor/management experience
- A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests and team members
- Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
- A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!
