What you’ll do:
- Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
- Deliver food and beverages throughout the venue, including multiple bars and event spaces
- Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
- Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
- Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
- Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
- Anticipate our guests’ needs
What you’ve got:
- Uniqueness and a passion for fun
- Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
- Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
- A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
- Team-driven focus with the natural ability to motivate yourself and those around you
- Proven ability to communicate effectively
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for long periods
- Flexibility in your schedule, must be available on weekends and nights
- Relevant State required certifications
