We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen Team. This is a hands‐on role for someone who is confident running a section, enjoys working in a busy kitchen and takes pride in producing consistently great food.

25-40 hours per week | Casual | Level 3 - Level 5 depending on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Take responsibility for the preparation and service of your section
- Prepare and present dishes consistently and to a high standard
- Work closely with our Head Chef and wider kitchen Team during busy services
- Assist with prep, specials and the day‐to‐day operation of the kitchen
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and kitchen organisation
- Assist with stock control, waste management and food cost awareness
- Support junior members of the kitchen Team where required
- Help deliver a great experience for every Guest
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar chef role
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent industry experience
- Strong cooking, preparation and knife skills
- Confidence running a section during busy service
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a Team
- Reliable and available for a range of shifts, including weekends
