Civil Engineering Graduate – 2027 Graduate Program

We’re looking for Civil Engineering Graduates to join our 2027 Graduate Program in Launceston. This is a role for someone who wants to be out where the work happens, learning from experienced people and delivering projects that leave a lasting impact.
From day one, you’ll be out on infrastructure projects, working alongside site teams to help plan, coordinate and deliver construction work. Safety, quality, environment, cost, programme and community outcomes are all part of the picture, and you’ll learn how they fit together in practice.

Eligibility:
- Be currently residing in Launceston or the surrounding areas
- Be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
- Have completed a relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years, or be due to complete your studies before February 2027
- Have achieved a minimum overall weighted average mark (WAM) of 65 out of 100
