Full House Venues is seeking a venue retention specialist to own engagement across national venues. You will monitor usage, retrain managers, and drive adoption of SportsPick features. The role emphasizes field-based work, with opportunities to train staff and build lasting relationships in hospitality venues.
You will travel to venues, deliver onboarding, and collaborate with Sales, Ops, and the venue teams. A background in hospitality or entertainment and CRM experience are preferred.
