Full Circle Publishing is expanding our sales team, and we're looking for confident, motivated sales professionals who want to be rewarded for their results.

We're offering 35% commission on every sale from your very first sale, with no minimum sales threshold and uncapped earning potential.

We provide the leads, CRM, sales scripts and campaign materials. You bring the experience, confidence and drive to succeed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be contacting Australian business owners and decision-makers to offer advertising opportunities in our professionally produced community publications.

Our current campaign, Better Minds Project, is a youth mental health and wellbeing initiative focused on raising awareness and providing practical resources to young Australians.

The campaign gives local businesses the opportunity to promote their services through advertising while supporting a worthwhile community initiative.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound B2B sales calls using company-provided leads.
• Presenting advertising opportunities to business owners and decision-makers.
• Building rapport, handling objections and confidently closing sales.
• Following up interested prospects and securing advertising bookings.
• Managing customer records and sales opportunities through our CRM.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous outbound telephone sales experience is essential.

We're looking for salespeople who:

• Are confident cold calling and speaking directly with business owners.
• Have proven experience closing sales over the phone.
• Know how to handle objections and confidently ask for the sale.
• Are self-motivated, resilient, reliable and financially driven.
• Can manage their own sales pipeline and consistently follow up opportunities.
• Enjoy working independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Experience in advertising sales, publishing, charity fundraising, sponsorship sales, B2B telesales or similar industries will be highly regarded.

We're particularly interested in experienced sales professionals who are comfortable working on a commission-only basis and can demonstrate a strong track record of sales performance.
