Sales Development Representative in Sydney

Join to apply for the Sales Development Representative role at FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Macquarie Park, Sydney NSW, within the Transformation & Growth team. You will drive new business opportunities for our Process Automation and IT services division and contribute to the organisation’s growth during a significant expansion phase. This role suits someone in an entry-level sales or customer-facing position who is hungry to learn and progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and qualify prospects through cold calling, social selling, email marketing, and related activities.
• Set appointments for clients and the Sales Team to support deal progression.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritise target accounts.
• Utilise sales tools to track, manage, and report on lead generation and sales activities.
• Identify initial client needs and communicate the client’s value proposition.
• Manage your diary, schedule callbacks, and follow up on leads.
• Identify and manage leads to compile/update contact lists or source prospects.

Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of sales development processes and strategies to identify and engage suitable prospects.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, lead generation tools and sales automation.
• Ability to clearly communicate the value proposition of products and services.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability in a dynamic corporate environment with resilience.
• Strong ownership and accountability for sales results.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Professional Experience

• 1–2 years in sales or customer service, telesales or telemarketing.
• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and web-based marketing tools.
• Experience building rapport and delivering excellent customer service.
• Previous customer service or contact/call centre experience is advantageous.
