About the Role
As anMachine Operator, you'll work as part of a team to manufacture high-quality busbar for our Electrical Switchboards. Reporting to our Factory foreman, your responsibilities may include:
Busbar Fabrication - stage 1:operating our EHRT busbar CNC cut & punching machine. (see below for a video of the machine you will be using)
Busbar Fabrication - stage 2: operating our EHRT CNC busbar bending machine to bend the busbars into shape for our installation team.
Busbar Fabrication - stage 3: operating our heatshrink line for the application of insulation to the busbars.
Accuracy & attention to detail– we work in millimetres & have a high emphasis on quality.
Daily tasks Pre-start machine setup & cleaning.
Safety first– Adhering to all WHS standards
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:
Energetic & fit. You are will be active & moving around whilst operating the machine. You will be the type of person that enjoys hands-on work.
Mechanically minded for carrying out machine pre start setup.
Reliable and team-oriented
Motivated to learn new skills (full training provided)
Passionate about quality craftsmanship and continuous improvement
