About the Company

Join a busy, high-volume pub in Warwick, known for its welcoming atmosphere and a steady flow of locals and visitors. With a busy bar, food service and plenty happening throughout the week, the venue needs a reliable Duty Manager who enjoys being on the floor and keeping things running smoothly.
The team is looking for someone who takes pride in good customer service, leads by example and understands what it takes to run a successful pub. It's an opportunity to become a valued part of the venue and play an important role in the day-to-day operation.

About the Role

They'll also keep an eye on presentation, safety and responsible service practices to ensure the venue operates to a high standard.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a busy environment, can think on their feet and isn't afraid to get involved wherever needed. Whether it's supporting the bar team during a rush, helping staff manage a difficult situation or making sure the venue is ready for the next service, the Duty Manager will set the tone for the shift.
