Looking for a role where you can lead, sell and still enjoy a little work-life balance?
We are looking for a hands‑on Store Manager to lead a women's fashion boutique in Warriewood. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a smaller store, lead a close‑knit team and build strong relationships with the local community. You'll be involved in everything from driving sales and coaching your team to creating an inviting store environment and growing a loyal customer base.
We're open to established Store Managers, as well as strong Assistant Store Managers and Supervisors who are ready for the next step.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in fashion retail, ideally women's fashion.
- Previous Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience.
- Confident leading, motivating and developing a small team.
- Commercially minded with a focus on sales, budgets and customer experience.
- Strong visual merchandising skills and an eye for detail.
- Enjoy building customer relationships and growing a loyal client database.
- Community‑minded and comfortable connecting with local customers.
- Organised, proactive and confident working independently.
- Ideally based locally or within easy commuting distance of Warriewood.
WHAT'S ON OFFER
- $68K–$70K + Super.
