With an established international presence, including distribution through Nordstrom and David Jones in Australia, this is a great opportunity for an ambitious retail leader who loves premium customer experiences, driving sales and building a high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Multi-Site Manager in driving the performance of the Paddington store
- Helping recruit, develop and build a high-performing team
- Coaching and motivating the team on the shop floor
- Driving sales, conversion and individual team performance
- Delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience
- Bringing the brand and product story to life through engaging customer interactions
- Leading from the front with a strong sales focus
- Supporting daily store operations, presentation and standards
- Using store KPIs and customer insights to identify opportunities and improve performance
- Maximising every customer opportunity, including store-to-door sales
- Taking ownership of the store in the Store Manager's absence
About You
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or strong Senior Sales Assistant
- A proven background in sales and premium customer service
- Confident coaching, motivating and developing a team
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of retail KPIs and sales performance
- Proactive, hands-on and highly visible on the shop floor
- A natural storyteller who can confidently communicate brand and product knowledge
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings energy to every shift
- Ambitious, resilient and passionate about building a successful store
