About the Role

Your Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy pub, bistro or similar hospitality venue.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate and manage a kitchen team.
- Experience in menu planning, food preparation, stock control and food cost management.
- Sound knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices and kitchen procedures.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain consistent food quality during high-volume service.
