I'm partnering with a well-established and highly regarded national fashion retailer to recruit an experienced Area Manager to lead a portfolio of stores across South East Melbourne. About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a portfolio of stores, partnering closely with Store Managers to maximise sales, elevate customer experience, and build high-performing teams.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded retail leader who enjoys being hands-on, coaching leaders to success, and making a tangible impact across multiple locations.
Location: South East Melbourne
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000-$85,000 + Super (depending on experience)
Car Allowance: $10,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a portfolio of Store Managers to achieve exceptional commercial results.
- Drive sales growth, profitability and operational excellence across your region.
- Analyse performance metrics and implement strategic action plans.
- Foster a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture.
- Champion outstanding customer experiences and consistent brand execution.
- Support talent development, succession planning and recruitment across the region.
- Ensure stores are operating to the highest standards in compliance, presentation and performance.
