- IGU Machine Operator
Our client is currently seeking reliable and motivated IGU Machine Operators to join their production team in Rowville.
This role is critical to the safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacture of insulated glass units (IGUs) using a Lisec TPA line.

PM Shift
PM 4pm - 12am shift
PM Shift
- PM 12pm - 8pm - will commnce on AM shift 4am - 12pm then move to PM once trained up
- Pay rate $ $46 per hour
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Flexible finish times & overtime required
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the Lisec TPA line in line with SOPs and safety requirements
- Set up and adjust machine parameters for varying glass sizes and specifications
- Monitor spacer application, alignment, adhesion, sealing, and gas fill quality
- Conduct regular quality checks and identify defects
- Handle glass and IGUs safely to prevent damage
- Ensure correct curing times and A-frame loading limits are followed
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Report faults, downtime, and quality issues accurately
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, maintenance, and team members

Skills & Experience

- Ability to work to tight tolerances and deadlines
- Willingness to be cross trained across the production line
