  • The Company

Our client is preparing to take an iconic heritage venue in Cleveland to its next chapter, combining premium dining, a beautiful waterfront setting and a unique atmosphere for weddings, functions and special occasions.

With distinctive heritage architecture, manicured gardens and versatile event spaces, the venue offers an exceptional opportunity to become a leading destination on Brisbane’s Bayside.

From securing weddings and corporate functions to introducing themed dining nights, seasonal celebrations and creative marketing initiatives, you will have the autonomy to bring fresh ideas to the table and help position the venue as a destination for dining and events.

You will also oversee staffing, rostering, service standards, budgets and operational performance, balancing outstanding hospitality with commercial results.

  • Creative approach to promotions, event packages, seasonal campaigns and revenue generation.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to consistent service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership, initiative and accountability, with a hands‑on approach to daily operations.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the Head Chef and ownership team.
  • Flexibility to work across a Wednesday–Sunday trading pattern, including evenings, weekends and key event dates.
