The Position
- Identify, qualify and target new business opportunities
- Build relationships and develop trust with SME and multisite decision makers
- Ask the right questions to truly understand potential customer needs
- Assist to tailor solutions to drive business growth and deliver service excellence
- Develop and report a strong sales pipeline and manage the sales cycle
- Work closely with internal teams and maintain accurate records to support successful outcomes
- And, most importantly, be confident to ask for the business!
The Requirements
- Naturally competitive nature and confident communication style
- Strong commercial acumen and the emotional intelligence to navigate high-stakes conversations
- Experience in a people engagement role with a focus on new and repeat business outcomes
- Ability to achieve results in a remote working structure
