THE OPPORTUNITY
We're seeking a versatile professional for an exciting hybrid role combining hands-on water treatment service work (70%) with business development opportunities (30%). This unique position offers the chance to work directly with cutting-edge water treatment technology while also contributing to our growth through relationship building and sales support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service & Technical (70%)
- Perform on-site breakdown services, repairs, and maintenance of water treatment equipment
- Install and commission new treatment systems
- Conduct water quality testing and adjust chemical dosing levels
- Maintain detailed service records and compliance documentation
- Work with membrane technology (RO, UF, MF), ion exchange, UV sterilization, and water management systems
- Business Development (30%)
- Build relationships with existing and potential customers during service visits
- Identify sales opportunities and provide technical consultation
- Support product demonstrations and customer education
- Assist with market intelligence and customer feedback
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office, service software)
- COVID-19 and flu vaccination (current)
Highly Desirable:
- Field service experience in water treatment
- Trade background (plumbing/electrical advantageous)
- Sales or customer relationship experience
- + 2 Years industry Experience
