Experienced Customer Service Manager
A hands-on leadership role focused on delivering exceptional customer service, team performance, and operational excellence.
Full Time - 38 Hours (Sun-Thurs)
GRIA – Level 5
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the below qualities;
- 3+ years' experience in Customer Service Management or a Supervisor role
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a strong "service first" mindset
- Confident in handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Understanding of financial reporting, including wage performance
- Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the floor in a physically active role
- Computer literate across POS systems, rostering platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with team members and senior leadership
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a team, providing clear direction and follow-up
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
- Strong understanding of Food Safety and WHS requirements
