What we’re looking for:

• Intermediate and Experienced Riggers who know their trade, take pride in their work and back their mates.
• A current RI, RA or RB High Risk Work Licence.
• At least six months’ relevant rigging experience.
• A strong commitment to safety, with no shortcuts and no compromises.
• The ability to follow lift plans, communicate clearly and work as part of a team.
• A reliable, hands‑on approach and pride in the quality of your work.

Desirable:

• Current MC or HR driver’s licence.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting safe, efficient crane and lifting operations across major projects.
• Carrying out rigging activities within your qualifications, competencies and experience.
• Working alongside crane operators and your crew to prepare and execute lifts.
• Following lift plans, site procedures and established safety requirements.
• Completing pre‑start checks and taking care of equipment.
• Looking out for your crew, speaking up when something isn’t right and making sure everyone gets home safely.
