We're looking for a Pool Installation Supervisor to oversee our pool installation projects from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business with a strong reputation for quality, customer satisfaction, and safety. You'll be responsible for leading installation crews, coordinating trades, managing project timelines, and ensuring every pool is delivered to the highest standard.
About the role
- Supervising pool installations across multiple residential projects
- Coordinating excavation, pool placement, plumbing, electrical, concreting, fencing, and finishing works
- Managing onsite teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality workmanship throughout each stage
- Monitoring project schedules and resolving site issues proactively
- Maintaining high safety standards and compliance with WHS requirements
- Providing regular updates to customers and ensuring a positive client experience
- Completing project documentation, site reports, and handovers
About you
- Previous experience in pool installation, residential construction, landscaping, civil works, or a similar field
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Current Driver's Licence
Highly Regarded
- Experience with fibreglass swimming pool installations
- First Aid Certificate
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously
