Frasia Wright Associates is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its Finance & Restructuring team in Australia, with the role based in Sydney or Melbourne. You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners, handling finance and corporate matters across energy and infrastructure sectors, and advise sponsors, lenders and borrowers on debt portfolios and major transactions.
The position can be full-time or part-time.
