The Roles
- Minimum 6 months' experience in cocktail preparation and bartending.
- Confidence in preparing and serving a range of cocktails, wines and other beverages.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering a great guest experience.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar restaurant or hospitality role.
- Confidence in managing your own section and delivering attentive, professional table service.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, with a willingness to learn our specialised steak menu.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide a memorable dining experience.
