Experience: 5+ years
Requisites:
- Strong hands-on experience in Business Acceptance Testing (UAT) within complex business processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Experience executing end-to-end, positive, negative, exception and regression testing.
- Strong understanding of business workflows, controls, data validation and defect lifecycle.
- Experience with defect tracking, retesting and release readiness.
- Ability to work closely with business SMEs, Product Owners, Analysts and Developers.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in customer remediation, financial services or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence or equivalent testing tools.
- Exposure to UI, workflow and data validation testing.
- Understanding of test automation concepts.
