Foxleigh Mine is seeking a seasoned Drill & Blast Crew Supervisor to lead the mining team's blasting activities with a safety-first approach. Reporting to the Mine Services Superintendent, you will supervise daily production, ensure compliance with legislative and site requirements, and drive continuous improvement in blast quality.
You will collaborate with Mining, Technical Services and Drill & Blast teams to plan, coordinate loading, blasting and post-blast inspections while fostering a strong team environment.
