Fox Personnel is a well-established recruitment and labour-hire agency with offices in Bendigo, Shepparton and on the Sunshine Coast. We’re a small, friendly team of hard workers, and we’re on the hunt for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Bendigo office — we’re not after someone who needs the whip cracked to get going.
This is a true 360 recruitment role: sourcing and screening candidates, managing clients, and bringing in new business. We’ll provide training, but if you’ve got agency recruitment experience behind you, that’s a big plus and will factor directly into what we offer you.
Who we’re looking for
We want a self-motivated operator who doesn’t need to be micro-managed. You’ll be trusted to run your desk and get on with it — and you’ll be driven to hit your numbers without someone standing over you. This role comes with KPIs, and they matter: if you consistently don’t meet them, it won’t work out. If that sounds fair and you back yourself, read on.
What the role involves
Full 360 recruitment — candidate sourcing, screening, client management and account growth
Actively bringing in new business
Getting out on the road to surrounding areas roughly once a week, in your own car (a fuel allowance is paid — having your own vehicle is a requirement of the role)
What’s on offer
For the right person, everything is on the table. Hours, days worked, bonuses and overall remuneration are all open for negotiation.
Timeline
Interviews will be held in late November, with the successful candidate to start in the first week of January.
Applicants must currently be living and working in Australia with full working rights, and be fluent in spoken and written English.
Work rights & visa sponsorship
Fox Personnel is open to sponsoring the right candidate for a Subclass 482 Skills in Demand visa. Candidates must hold existing full work rights in Australia at the time of application, as sponsorship will only be considered following successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.
Sponsorship is not guaranteed and is subject to the candidate meeting all Department of Home Affairs eligibility requirements and the role meeting Labour Market Testing obligations.
