Fowlers Asphalting is a locally operated Gippsland business with over 30 years in the asphalt and civil construction industries. We currently have opportunities available for Asphalt Crew Members / Foreman to join our highly experienced asphalt crews based in Trafalgar VIC, with a number of positions available.
What you’ll bring:
- Exposure in civil road construction, road maintenance and surfacing industry
- Current HR Licence, White Card and Plant tickets
- Previous experience operating paver, skid-steer, multi-tyred roller and steel drum roller
- Previous experience running levels
- Strong asphalt knowledge and awareness
- Successful track record with planning, organising and time management
- Proven experience in identifying opportunities, improvements and solutions which will impact the business
- Recognised ability to lead & drive accountability throughout the workforce
- A good attitude and strong ‘team player’ with the proven ability to work efficiently with others
- Flexibility surrounding day and night shift work
- A strong commitment to a Zero Harm culture
