The Opportunity:
- You’ll work closely with a Director, taking ownership of a quality client portfolio while providing leadership and mentoring across the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of business services and tax clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Reviewing compliance and advisory work
- Supporting, mentoring and developing junior team members
- Assisting with workflow management and team performance
- Working alongside Directors on business development and practice growth initiatives
About You:
- Currently working in Business Services & Tax within public practice
- Experienced Manager or Senior Manager looking for the next step
- Strong technical and client relationship management skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop staff
- Experience within a mid-tier or larger accounting firm will be highly regarded
