FOUNDIT | MELBOURNE, VIC | FULL TIME
This role is ideal for a self-starter who loves property, thrives on building strong client relationships and is driven to deliver exceptional results.
You will be working with a diverse mix of clients, from first-home buyers, families, empty nesters through to seasoned investors, helping them navigate the market with confidence and clarity.
The position requires regular Melbourne-based travel for property inspections.
You will work closely with our Founders and Partner Level buyers agent, taking a collaborative approach to every brief to ensure we deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Engage with clients to understand their property goals and develop tailored buying strategies.
- Search for, assess and source on-market and off-market opportunities that align with client briefs.
- Conduct thorough market and property analysis, prepare due diligence reports and provide strategic advice.
- Attend inspections, private viewings, and final inspections as required.
- Capture and deliver property walk-through videos for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local selling agents.
- Stay across market trends, zoning changes and suburb insights.
- Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, brief progress and client activity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- A Melbourne based licensed Estate Agent.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in real estate, property buying or property investment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships.
- High attention to detail, time management and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Someone with initiative who is comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Google Suite, CRM platforms, property portals).
- A reliable vehicle and current driver's license.
- Weekend availability for inspections (as needed).
- Passion for helping people make smart, informed property decisions.
