Senior leadership role with a major principal contractor, overseeing multiple large-scale civil construction projects across the NT, with a strong focus on government, defence and infrastructure projects. This role is based in Darwin, NT. No FIFO option.

The Role
- Reporting directly to the senior management team you will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple concurrent civil projects, including:
- Project program, productivity, quality/conformance and safety
- Leadership, mentoring and performance of project teams
- Resource planning and team integration
- Development and monitoring of construction methodologies
- Commercial and financial performance
- Supporting Pre-Contracts with programming and methodology
- Maintaining strong client/stakeholder relationships and company reputation
Key Requirements
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years' post-graduate experience with a Principal Contractor
- Proven delivery of $10M+ projects
- Experience managing hard-dollar projects over $10M
- Strong project and financial management, forecasting, procurement and contract management experience
- Strong commercial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to drive programs and achieve project objectives
- Proven leadership of large project teams with a strong safety focus
- Cultural awareness when working with diverse workforces and stakeholders
- Australian citizen and able to obtain government security clearance
